Procedure Steps | SOP

	STEP 1 \| Dry Pickup Remove excessive product residue and packaging materials before pre-rinse.
	STEP 2 \| Pre-Rinse Blender With the blender safety bar in place, pre-rinse all components while running the blender screw to access all areas. Safety screen must be in place and only water stream equipment.
	STEP 3 \| Disassemble With all LOTO locks in place, open blender and remove any parts and continue with pre-rinse.
	STEP 4 \| Foam & Scrub Foam entire blender starting from the bottom of equipment and work your way to the top to improve contact time and foam consistency. Using a scrub pad, hand scrub heavy soiled areas.
	STEP 5 \| Post-Rinse Post rinse chemical residue starting at the top of the equipment and working your way down to the floor and drain.
	STEP 6 \| Inspect Inspect equipment using a flashlight.
	STEP 7 \| Sanitize Using a low pressure ambient temperature sanitizer, sanitize all surfaces of the blender.

AFCO 5249 is a versatile cleaner and is effective in a wide variety of applications. In addition to cleaning food processing equipment, it can be used for cleaning floors, walls, and for soak cleaning metal parts.
